1. Do you ship to my country?

Yes, ronbeautyamazement ships to most countries and regions across the globe through DHL, FedEx and Canada Post. ronbeautyamazement ships worldwide, including Europe, North America, Oceania, Asia, South America, Africa and more. We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS and other international carriers and guarantee that your order reaches you safely and timely.

2. What is the shipping cost?

Within Canada and US we charge a flat rate, however other countries shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any order shipped from our store location will be a flat rate for Canada and US,

3. How long does it take to process my order?

Stock hair systems and wigs are available for immediate shipment which will take 3 to 5 working days before delivery. For custom orders, production time takes anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks based on different types of knots or bases. Extra-long hair or full cap wig order will need an additional 2 weeks. If you ask for add-on services like cutting base, haircutting, styling, etc., the order will take an additional 1-3 working days to be sent out to you.Contact us at {email} for questions related to refunds and returns.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there might be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

4.What is the estimated delivery time?

Normally, shipping will take about 4-7 working days from the ronbeautyamazement store or our warehouse to your doorstep. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delays in the delivery.

5. Can I change my shipping address?

If the package has not yet been shipped, please contact the ronbeautyamazement customer service or our sales representatives as soon as possible to change your shipping address. If the package has already been shipped, we can help you request a reroute if your order is shipped via DHL, Canada Post, FedEx or UPS. Once the reroute takes effect, it may incur an additional fee. It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, but there is typically always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 6. What shipping methods do you use?

Ronbeautyamazement uses FedEx and Canada Post for Canada from our store to ship your orders. However, in case you prefer other express services such as DHL, UPS, EMS, etc., please contact ronbeautyamazement customer service or our sales representatives for an alternative arrangement.

7. I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

A: If the package has not yet shipped, please contact our customer service or sales representatives as soon as possible to change your shipping address.

8. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

9. Who pays for taxes and custom duties charged?

Ronbeautyamazement is not responsible for any custom charges or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

10. Which laws will be applied when settling disputes or claims?

This Shipping Policy and any claim, controversy or dispute arising under or related to this Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China and Canada applicable to Shipping Policies made and to be performed in such state without regard to conflicts of law principles thereof.

Shipping Providers

The shipping companies we use are UPS, Canada Post and FedEx Canada. Please note UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box so please specify a physical delivery address for shipping or if you live in a rural location, contact us ahead of time so that we can prearrange Canada Post for you as they do deliver to post boxes across Canada.

International Shipping
