Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Final Sale Policy

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons:

🚫 All hair products and beauty items are FINAL SALE.
This includes:

• Wigs
• Lace closures & frontals
• Hair extensions (bundles, clip-ins, tape-ins, ponytails, etc.)
• Hair care products
• Styling tools
• Accessories
• Sale and promotional items

Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless it meets the criteria outlined under Section 2.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective
• Incorrect product or color

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Required for Review:

Please provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• Description of the issue

Resolution:

Once approved, we may offer:

• A replacement of the same item, or
• Store credit of equal value

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available.

⚠️ Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Approval

To qualify for replacement or store credit:

• Item must be unused
• Item must remain in original packaging
• Lace must not be cut
• Wig must not be worn, altered, or styled

Any sign of use voids eligibility.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are:

• Processed
• Packed
• Or shipped

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including:

• Color
• Length
• Texture
• Cap size
• Product type

RonBeautyAmazement is not responsible for customer ordering errors.

• Carrier delays
• Customs delays
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

• Please contact your local carrier first.
• If unresolved, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

RonBeautyAmazement is not liable for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

8. Return Shipping Costs

For approved damaged or incorrect item claims:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
